In this vibrant and sweltering midsummer, Perfect Display has ushered in another significant milestone in the history of our corporate development. With the company headquarters smoothly relocating from the SDGI Building in Matian Sub-district, Guangming District, to the Huaqiang Creative Industry Park in Biyan Sub-district, Guangming District, and the successful production launch of the independent industrial park in Zhongkai District, Huizhou, Perfect Display is embarking on a brand-new developmental voyage. This relocation is not merely a geographical move; it demonstrates Perfect Display's determination and courage to stride towards broader horizons, marking a new phase in our company's growth.

Since its establishment in Hong Kong in 2006, Perfect Display has been dedicated to the research and commercialization of professional display technology. In our early years, we focused on the domestic security and commercial display markets, achieving remarkable results. By 2011, when we moved to Shiyan, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, our company entered a fast track of development. We pioneered industry-leading products such as 4K security monitors and all-in-one computers based on Intel ODX architecture, gradually making our mark in the international market. We customized professional monitors for developed countries like Europe and America, including gaming, industrial, and surveillance monitors, forging a strong market competitiveness with our personalized and customized features.

In 2019, to meet the growing development needs, our company relocated once again to the SGDI Building in Matian Sub-district, Guangming District. This strategic move elevated our overall strength, production capacity, and resource integration capabilities to a new level, establishing strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and leading e-commerce and brand companies from various countries. In the same year, we established a subsidiary in Luoping, Qujing City, Yunnan, expanding our production area to 35,000 square meters with four production lines and a capacity of 2 million units (sets). Even amidst the adversity of the 2020 pandemic, our Yunnan subsidiary commenced production smoothly, achieving rapid growth in overall performance.

Looking ahead, by the end of 2022, our company planned to invest 380 million yuan in the construction of the Huizhou self-owned industrial park, a move that signifies our commitment and confidence in future development. Since the land was awarded on February 22, 2023, the construction progress of the Huizhou Industrial Park has exceeded expectations, achieving ground level construction on July 12, 2023, and successfully topping out on November 20, 2023. In May of this year, the production line and equipment were fully tested, and official production commenced in late June. The high-quality and efficient construction of the park has not only won high praise from the park management committee but also attracted extensive media attention, including from Huizhou TV.

Today, with the headquarters' relocation and the production launch of the Huizhou Industrial Park, Perfect Display has formed a development structure with the Shenzhen headquarters at its core, supported by subsidiaries in Huizhou and Yunnan. The company possesses ten automatic and semi-automatic production lines, with an annual capacity reaching 4 million units (sets).
